How many people are included?
Every order includes 2 people. Extra people are +$15 each on Their Song or Song + Video (up to 4 people total on a single song), and +$29 each on the Full Album. Bigger family? The Full Album has room for everyone.
Does a gift certificate cover extra people?
A gift certificate covers the song as ordered, including 2 people. Extra people start at person 3, and any extra people are charged at these prices: +$15 per extra person on a song, +$29 per extra person on the Full Album.
Do I see the lyrics before you record?
Yes. We email your lyrics for approval before recording. One round of line edits is free, and recording starts once you approve.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. You review a proof before we finish your song.
How long is my delivery page up?
At least 12 months. Please download your files to keep.
